ECOM EXCELLENCE HUB
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of, membership of, and access to the Ecom Excellence Hub community, courses, coaching, and related materials, and any product, program, offer, upsell, order bump, or service purchased from Oz Ali or Ecom Excellence Hub (collectively, "the Program"). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms.
This no-refund policy applies to every purchase, not only VIP, Annual, or Monthly memberships. Any offer, product, program, course, one-time payment, upsell, order bump, event or webinar offer, bonus, or other service purchased from Oz Ali or Ecom Excellence Hub — in any tier or format, however named or marketed — is subject to this strict no-refund policy.
By making any purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are made in full and upfront in exchange for immediate access to all included content, resources, and benefits — including, but not limited to, courses, community access, live calls, mentorship, and any bonuses or additional materials.
Because these are digital products and services delivered instantly, all payments are final and non-refundable, including (without limitation) in the following situations: a change of mind after purchase; lack of time, effort, or commitment; failure to achieve a desired result; personal, financial, or business circumstances; or failure to attend calls or use any part of the Program.
Once access has been granted, you are deemed to have received the full value of what you purchased. Accordingly, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued at any time — during or after any membership or access period — and unused time, benefits, or access will not be refunded or carried forward.
Where a purchase is a recurring or monthly membership, you may cancel it at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations do not apply retroactively to previous billing periods. To avoid being charged for the upcoming period, you must submit your cancellation request at least two (2) days before your next billing date.
Once we receive your request, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you joined on 1 January and cancelled on 2 January, your access would continue until 31 January, with no further charges after that date. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you keep access to the community and to any courses you had already unlocked, but you will no longer be able to unlock new courses or programs.
Important: If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, access to all courses will be removed immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request, to protect the integrity of our content and community. No refunds will be issued for payments already made; this includes payments covering the period following your request, as they secure your continued access for the remainder of the current billing cycle. This applies to all membership tiers and all purchases.
To cancel a recurring membership, notify us directly by email at [email protected] or [email protected], or by direct message to Oz within the community. (One-time and non-recurring purchases do not require cancellation and remain non-refundable as set out above.)
Cancelling via Skool does not cancel your membership. Skool is only the platform we use to host the community and course content — it is not the payment or subscription provider. Removing yourself from Skool does not stop billing. Your subscription is managed exclusively by us and requires manual confirmation from our team to stop future charges, so you must use the official cancellation channels above.
To maintain a safe, trusted, high-quality environment, we may carry out verification checks on new members from time to time — particularly where there is limited or no active online presence. As part of this, we may request access to an active social media profile (for example, Instagram), an alternative profile such as Facebook or LinkedIn where Instagram is unavailable or inactive, or — only where necessary — a form of identification.
If you are not comfortable providing ID, you are not obligated to do so; instead, we may request a brief (approximately 5-minute) video call via a platform such as Zoom to confirm your identity. These measures exist solely to protect the safety, integrity, and trust of our community and to prevent misuse, impersonation, or harmful activity. Participation in the verification process may be required to maintain access to the community.
All training materials, systems, frameworks, strategies, templates, videos, documents, coaching, methodologies, and other content provided by Ecom Excellence Hub are the exclusive intellectual property of Ecom Excellence Hub and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for the purpose of building and operating their own business.
Members must not, directly or indirectly: reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or repurpose any part of the training or materials; teach, coach, mentor, or educate others using Ecom Excellence Hub's training, methods, or intellectual property; create social media accounts, websites, communities, courses, memberships, coaching programmes, or other platforms that present themselves as an authority or educational resource based on knowledge, systems, or methodologies learned through Ecom Excellence Hub; use Ecom Excellence Hub's intellectual property to build an audience for the purpose of teaching, coaching, consulting, selling, or otherwise monetising that audience; or represent themselves as an official coach, trainer, educator, or representative of Ecom Excellence Hub unless expressly authorised in writing.
Members may share their own genuine personal experiences and results as an affiliate, in accordance with our Affiliate Guidelines, but must not teach, explain, or reproduce the methods, strategies, or proprietary training provided within the community. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund, and may lead to legal action to protect Ecom Excellence Hub's intellectual property, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs where permitted by law.
The results, testimonials, and figures shown on our website, in our advertising, and within the Program are real examples from specific individuals. They are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your outcome depends on many factors — including your effort, consistency, skill, market conditions, and circumstances — many of which are outside our control. We make no guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, or any income at all. Any figures are illustrations, not expectations, and you are responsible for your own actions and results. Nothing in the Program constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
The Program is provided for educational purposes on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecom Excellence Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill arising in connection with the Program, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with your membership shall be limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Discussions, member information, and materials shared within the community are confidential. You agree not to disclose, copy, or share other members' personal information or private community content outside the community without consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from a cause beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) power or internet failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, or governmental action.
No failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms is a waiver of our right to enforce it later. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These Terms (including any non-contractual matters arising from them) are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
